Coming soon for Windows and Mac

The helper that lives in your cursor.

Hold right-click anywhere and Tappy is there: capture your screen, take notes, organize ideas on boards, and soon, ask an AI that points at exactly what to click.

In private beta. Want to hear when it's ready? info@multicorelabs.com

One gesture. Everything you need.

  1. 1

    Hold right-click

Anywhere, in any app. The Tappy wheel opens right under your cursor.

  2. 2

    Point at what you want

Capture, notes, projects, your own shortcuts and actions. No hunting through menus.

  3. 3

    Let go

It happens. Then the wheel gets out of your way.

Already built into the beta

Capture anything

Screenshots of any area or window, video recording, and step-by-step guides that screenshot every click for you.

Scrolling capture

Whole web pages and long documents in one picture. Scroll yourself, or let Tappy scroll for you.

Grab text from anything

Copy the text in pictures, videos and apps that won't let you select it, even a whole long page.

A quick, friendly editor

Arrows, highlights, numbered steps, spotlight and magnifier, an eraser, and one-click blurring of emails, phone numbers and card numbers.

Find anything

Search all your boards and notes at once, even the text inside your screenshots.

Colors from anything

Pick any color on your screen, and turn a picture into a ready-made color palette.

Make the wheel yours

Styles, colors and size, which mouse button opens it, per-app settings, and slices that run your own shortcuts and actions.

Your files, on your PC

Captures, notes and boards are ordinary files on your computer. No account, no cloud required.

Notes & projects

Think in cards. Connect the dots.

In Tappy, notes and projects are boards. Every capture, note, page, checklist and date is a card you can place anywhere and wire to others, so you see how things fit together instead of scrolling a long list.

Everything is a card

Captures, recordings, sticky notes, formatted pages, checklists, color palettes, links, files and dates, all on one board.

Connect with wires

Wire cards together to show what goes with what. Each port is colored by what it carries: pictures, tasks, text, colors or dates.

Notebooks like OneNote

Notebooks with sections and pages, where every page is a board: click anywhere and type, drop in pictures, link one page to another.

Projects with review

Mark cards Draft, In review, Changes requested or Approved, pin comments on a spot in a picture, and keep before-and-after versions together.

Dates and reminders

Wire a task to a date card and Tappy reminds you before it's due, with a reminder for each wire if you like.

Templates, sections, sharing

Start from a template, group cards into sections, present a board full screen, and export a project to send to someone.

Coming next

An AI that shows you, not just tells you.

Ask Tappy how to do something in the app you're using, and it answers on your screen: an arrow points at the right button, waits for your click, and takes you to the next step.

Ask Tappy

“How do I add a bevel in Blender?” Tappy looks at your screen and guides you click by click.

Explain, translate, summarize

Select text in any app and ask Tappy about it, without copying and pasting into a chat.

Learn

Step-by-step lessons for the apps you use, with “Show me” and, if you allow it, “Do it for me.”

Use the AI plan you already have

We're working to let you sign in with your ChatGPT account, so Tappy's AI uses the plan you already pay for. No API keys, no second subscription.

Private by design

  • Local first

Everything Tappy makes is saved on your computer. There are no Tappy servers holding your captures or notes.

  • Only when you ask

A screenshot or selected text goes to the AI only when you ask the AI a question, and only to the AI service you chose.

  • You're in control

Tappy never clicks or types for you unless you turn that on, with a visible banner and Esc to stop at any time.

  • No tracking

No ads, no selling data, and this website uses no cookies or trackers.
